Dr. Kimberly Mack is an accomplished educational leader, grant development strategist, author, and consultant with more than 30 years of experience in education, organizational leadership, and program development. 

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to creating opportunities, strengthening organizations, and developing innovative solutions that address the needs of students, families, and communities.

As the founder of Liberty Lane Solutions, Dr. Mack brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to organizations seeking to expand their impact. Her consulting approach integrates strategic planning, research, grant development, professional learning, and organizational capacity building to help clients transform promising ideas into sustainable initiatives.

Dr. Mack's extensive background in educational leadership has provided her with firsthand experience in identifying organizational needs, developing collaborative partnerships, designing innovative programs, and securing external resources to support meaningful change. Her work includes leading initiatives in project-based learning, STEM education, interdisciplinary instruction, community engagement, and educational improvement.

A passionate advocate for building organizational capacity, Dr. Mack believes that successful grant development begins long before a proposal is written. This philosophy inspired her book, Grant Writing Is More Than Writing, which emphasizes the importance of understanding community needs, developing strong programs, building effective teams, and creating sustainable funding strategies.

Through the Liberty Lane Solutions Grant Development Academy, Dr. Mack equips school administrators, educators, nonprofit leaders, and faith-based organizations with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to develop competitive grant proposals and strengthen their long-term funding capacity.
